Shipping policy

Attention: Due to covid-19 shipping times may vary. Please contact us if you have any concerns

Please note! Jars need to be ordered in multiples of four or six. Create any combination you want. All orders are shipped via FedEx. We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays excluding holidays. We do not ship on weekends. During busy times and holidays, we may sell out on certain days and therefore will not offer that shipping day.

After entering the zip code you want to ship to, The date you are choosing is the date on which you wish the package to ship.

Since we offer free shipping or flat rate fee, size and weight of your package is immaterial.

• When your order is being placed. Orders placed before noon EST on Sunday are eligible to ship the Tuesday or Wednesday that you prefer.

We ship using the following method.

• FedEx 2 day ground Shipped on Tuesday will arrive on Thursday, Shipped on Wednesday will arrive on Friday. 
• We are exploring next day air, but with shipping with dry ice there are additional steps we must take.

• Orders will be scheduled arrive by end of day on the date chosen (FedEx considers end of day by 8pm). Unfortunately we cannot set a specified delivery time. During the holidays, packages can arrive as late as 10pm.

• D'Nardys Cheesecakes contracts with a third party shipping vendor (FedEx) to deliver your package. As such D'Nardys Cheesecakes can only guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment on the day shown in your order confirmation. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and FedEx to resolve any delays that occur, however, D'Nardys Cheesecakes cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.
